Welcome to The Social Voice. These terms explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you when you use our website, our free social audit, our digital products, or any subscription. We're based in Australia and our customers are all over the world — these terms try to be fair to everyone.

If anything below is unclear, contact us here. We'd rather explain it than hide behind small print.

✦ Using Our Site

By using www.thesocialvoiceco.com, auth.thesocialvoiceco.com, or any of our other subdomains, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You must be at least 16 years old to use our services. If you're using us on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

You agree not to break any law, abuse or overload our infrastructure, scrape our content, impersonate anyone, or use our service to collect data about anyone else without their permission. We can suspend or close access for anyone who does.

✦ The Free Social Audit

Our free social audit lets you connect one or more of your social accounts so we can read the insights the platform exposes to us, analyse your presence, and send you a personalised report. You can connect:

  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • Threads
  • TikTok
  • LinkedIn
  • X (Twitter)
  • Pinterest
  • YouTube (via Google)

What connecting does

You're sent to the platform's own login screen — we never see your password. You approve exactly what we're allowed to read. We only ever read — we don't post, message, comment, like, follow, unfollow, or change anything on your accounts.

What you get back

A personalised audit of your content, engagement, and positioning, with suggestions for what to improve and a benchmark you can compare future performance against.

Optional growth check-ins

If you opt in, we may re-read your metrics from time to time (typically every 7–30 days) so we can show you how your numbers change after you apply our recommendations — and so we can let you know if we spot something worth flagging (for example, if your reach drops and we think we can help). You can stop these check-ins any time by revoking access on the platform, asking us to disconnect, or contacting us.

No guaranteed outcomes

The audit is provided as-is. Our recommendations are based on best practice and our own experience, but social media results depend on a lot of things outside our control, so we can't guarantee specific growth.

✦ Paid Products & Subscriptions

Where you buy something from us — digital products (stock videos, images, Canva templates, pre-edited reels), audit upgrades, or any subscription — these terms also apply.

1. No Refunds on Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products — instant access, no "return" — all sales are final. Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged, except where the law in your country requires us to (e.g. a faulty or materially misdescribed product). If you think you're in that position, contact us.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Once cancelled, your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle, and you won't be charged for the next.

How to Cancel:

Log in to your account, click "Manage Subscription," then "Cancel Subscription."

Cancellations must be submitted before the next billing date to avoid being charged. If cancelled on or after the billing date, your subscription remains active until the next renewal date and no partial refunds are issued.

3. Price Changes

We may change our prices. If you're on a subscription, we'll tell you before the change affects you, and you can cancel before the new price takes effect.

✦ Subscription Plans

Monthly Plan — one month of access. Auto-renews monthly unless cancelled.

Quarterly Plan — three months of access. Auto-renews every 3 months unless cancelled.

Annual Plan — 12 months of access. Auto-renews annually unless cancelled.

You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current term.

✦ Services & Digital Products

Purchases are for individual use only. Sharing files, templates, or login access is strictly prohibited. All materials are the intellectual property of The Social Voice and cannot be redistributed, resold, or claimed as your own.

Disclosure of Gifted Items in Content

Some visual assets may contain gifted or sponsored products. Inclusion does not imply endorsement or promotion of those brands.

✦ Usage Rights

When purchasing or subscribing, you're granted a non-transferable license to use our stock content, Canva templates, and pre-edited reels under the following conditions:

Permitted Uses

You may use content for:

  • Social Media (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Websites and blogs
  • Marketing and advertising materials
  • Client content (as part of your own service, but not resold as standalone assets)

Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

  • Resell, share, or distribute content as standalone files UNLESS specified as MRR
  • Claim content as your own original creation
  • Use content in NFTs or AI model training
  • Include unedited pre-edited reels or templates in products for sale

Canva Templates

Templates may be edited and used for your own brand or business but may not be resold, shared, or distributed — even in edited form.

Pre-Edited Reels

Reels may be used on your social platforms and for client work, but may not be repackaged or resold in any format.

✦ Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything that happens under it. Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using your account.

Closing Your Account & Data Deletion

You can close your account and ask us to delete your data at any time — log in to your account and use the delete option, or contact us here. We action deletion straight away. Anything stored at a connected social platform (your access token, our app's permission) is revoked at the same time. The only things we may need to keep are records the law requires us to (e.g. payment records for tax). Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

✦ Third-Party Platforms

When you connect a social platform, you also agree to that platform's terms. We aren't responsible for what those platforms do — including changing their API, restricting access, or removing your account. If a platform stops working with our service, we'll let you know.

We only request the minimum permissions needed to deliver your audit. The full list is in our Privacy Policy.

✦ Privacy & Marketing

We collect the data we need to run your audit and our business, and nothing else. We don't sell your data, we don't use it to train AI models, and we delete it on request. The full picture is in our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.

✦ Disclaimer & Liability

All services are provided "as is." We make no warranties and aren't responsible for damages resulting from use of the site or content.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, lost followers, missed opportunities). Our total liability for anything arising from the service is capped at the greater of (a) what you've paid us in the last 12 months, or (b) AUD $150. Nothing here limits liability for anything that legally can't be limited (such as personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

✦ Intellectual Property

All content on www.thesocialvoiceco.com — including videos, images, templates, reels, audit reports, and software — is protected by copyright. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content outside the allowed license.

✦ Indemnity & Termination

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Social Voice from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of our site and services.

We reserve the right to revoke access at any time, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time, and we will delete your associated data.

✦ Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. For meaningful changes we'll update the "Last updated" date and — for significant changes — email anyone with an account. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

✦ Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. We're based in Australia and serve customers worldwide; if the law where you live gives you the right to bring a case in your local courts, that right isn't affected.

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still apply. These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the service.
